Another great discovery I made the other night on Etsy (it never ceases to suprise me) was the amount of really great sticky notes you can buy up on there. I LOVE sticky notes – there is something about being about to write on something and then stick it onto a wall or into a book that is just great (and not in a psycho flat mate kind of way) I couldn’t resist the coloured pencils they are just gorgeous.

koziol at wholesale prices

Granted I probably love ANYTHING at wholesale prices but recently I went on a mission to track down this great apple lunch box from German Brand Koziol… I happened to find down the Australian Distributor (a lovely guy called Barry) and his super fun store in Artarmon (Sydney) selling these fun, bright, plastic, housey things at wholesale prices. Needless to say I will be back for more but my first trip there I came home with a number of fantastic new things.

A new eye ball toilet brush and matching hook, a couple of cute red plastic squirrel knives, the best cable ties I’ve ever seen (flower shaped) A sink plug with little hand reaching up (2 for both our sinks), a little black cable man and of course an apple lunch box in green (which I will also get in red when its back in stock)

Definitely worth crossing the bridge for – Koziol factory outlet is next to Victorias Basement in Artarmon. Lx

I bought these little cocktail sticks on etsy the other day not really knowing what they were (I thought they were little clips/pegs) When they turned up a was super amused when I started pulling them out of their packet. Very funny indeed!! I especially like the little green “dick” head :)  Lx

No idea why people think this is a good thing to have done. It is never a good idea, even if you are the fugliest thing on earth and you then look half decent afterwards. Kx

Lenko Store

One of the best stores I found while in Melbourne was the new Lenko store in the Cathedral Arcade off Flinders Lane (which just so happened to be in the same street as where we stayed). The whole store was extremely cute! And they stock our jewellery there too. My favourite thing in the store (apart from all their super cool wares) were the walls! Which were all hand painted by one of the lovely ladies there. Kx

New Series Nathan Jurevicius Peleda Owls

4 July 2009

Nathan Jurevicius Owls

The second series release of Nathan J’s Peleda Owls are all lovely bright colours (and one glow in the dark one). I spent a good part of a day tracking down a place I could buy them in Australia with no luck, but my hard work paid off and I bought them from the US and I’m now the proud owner of a FULL SET yay!! They are just so great – I can’t choose my favourite.

After they arrived I received an email from Scary Toys saying they were getting them in soon so if you are interested in owning some you can get them here.

Can you pick the odd one out in this photograph?
